Health Solutions Consultant
The Health Solutions Consultant interacts directly with Healthcare Professionals (including primary care, specialty care and other health care professionals as required) to implement value-added offerings designed to provide support for physicians to safely prescribe both new and existing products for improved outcomes in appropriate patients.

Being a sales-focused role, results are ultimately measured based on delivering on individual and/or team business plan targets in line with corporate and franchise objectives.
Key accountabilities/essential functions:
Delivery of revenue and market share growth for the territory according to business plan targets.
Achieve call and activity targets against an identified panel of physicians, key opinion leaders, nurses and associated healthcare practitioners as measured by the company’s field force activity reports/system.
Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders in the territory by securing appointments both in person and using remote technologies in alignment with compliance and key performance indicators.
Improve access for Elvium products and identify new business opportunities as they develop by being an expert in Elvium’s products and relevant disease areas and by monitoring and evaluating performance against business plans.
Complete all role-related administrative responsibilities including call reporting, budget and expense management, and program planning, execution and management according to corporate requirements and internal targets.
Complete and execute an annual business plan in order to identify potential business opportunities and to ensure that corporate objectives are achieved.
Education and certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and or Science-related field
Valid Driver's License
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of previous experience in the pharmaceutical or health related industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with health care professionals
Self starter with a strong sense of personal accountability
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, excellent organizational and territory management skills are essential
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
Computer software literacy and access to Email/Internet & Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Must live in or in close proximity to the territory
